Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Requirements

2.3 Account Security

2.4 Account Suspension or Cancellation
365bat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Rules
The payment methods currently accepted at 365bat are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit fails for any reason, notify the support team immediately.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals from 365bat:

3.3 Forfeiture of Funds

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000. To claim the bonus, the applicable code must be used at the time of registration.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before it becomes eligible for withdrawal. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 VIP Program
The 365bat VIP program has 5 tiers. The weekly cashback rate for each tier is as follows:
- Bronze — maximum weekly cashback 0.2%
- Silver — maximum weekly cashback 0.3%
- Gold — maximum weekly cashback 0.5%
- Platinum — maximum weekly cashback 0.6%
- Diamond — maximum weekly cashback 0.8%
4.4 Bonus Abuse
Misuse of the bonus system (such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or placing artificial bets) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account will be closed.
4.5 Expiry of Promotional Offers
All bonuses and promotional offers have a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Betting Rules
All bets placed on 365bat are considered final and irreversible. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except in cases of technical error. 365bat reserves the right to void any suspicious bets.
5.2 Cricket Betting
Official scorecards are used to determine the results of cricket matches. Betting is available on all ICC-recognised international and national tournaments, including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup. If a match is abandoned or does not conclude within the scheduled time, the specific policy of 365bat will apply.
5.3 Match Fixing
Any account suspected of involvement in match fixing or any form of dishonest sporting activity will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.
5.4 Technical Issues
If a technical issue occurs during a game, 365bat will endeavour to ensure a fair resolution. However, 365bat will not be liable if a game is cancelled or a transaction remains incomplete due to an internet connection disruption.
Prohibited Activities and Fraud
6.1 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action:
- Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account
- Placing bets using bots or automated software
- Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the gaming system
- Attempting unauthorized access to another person's account
- Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities
- Claiming bonuses by providing false information
